Refund & Returns Policy

At Torus Coffee Company, every treat is crafted with care and cosmic charm. But if something doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to help you navigate the stars of returns and refunds.
1. All Sales Are Final (with a Few Stellar Exceptions)
Due to food safety regulations, all edible products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This ensures the highest quality and safety for all of our customers.
However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, we’re happy to help. Just reach out within 7 days of delivery.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you received the wrong item or something arrived damaged, please email us at admin@toruscoffeecompany.com or call 319-471-3383 with:

Your order number

A description of the issue
-
Photos (if applicable)
We’ll offer a replacement, refund, or store credit—whatever suits your orbit best. In most cases, you will not be required to return the damaged item.
3. Returns on Non-Perishable Items
Should we expand into intergalactic gear like mugs or apparel, eligible returns must be:

Unused and in original condition

Returned within 14 days of delivery

Shipped back at your expense (unless the item was defective or incorrect)
Contact us first before sending anything back, and we’ll guide you through the next steps.
4. Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method or as store credit. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear after processing.
Refunds will not be given for:

Buyer’s remorse

Items reported after 7 days of receipt
5. Event & Pop-Up Purchases
Products sold in person—at markets, festivals, or pop-ups—are also final sale. If something went wrong, contact us and we’ll work with you directly to resolve it.
