Shipping Policy

At Torus Coffee Company, we aim to deliver your favorite freeze-dried creations with care, speed, and a sprinkle of cosmic charm. Here's everything you need to know about how your stellar snacks get from our galaxy to yours:
1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Most domestic deliveries arrive in 3–7 business days, but times may vary depending on the carrier and your region. Please note: delivery may take longer during holidays or periods of high volume.
3. Shipping Carriers
We ship primarily via USPS and UPS, depending on the size, weight, and destination of your order. You’ll receive tracking information from the applicable carrier once your order is on its way.
4. Domestic Shipping Only
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We hope to expand our orbit in the future!
5. P.O. Boxes & Military Addresses
We can ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS only.
6. Local Pickup & Events
Follow us on social media or check our Events page to see where we’ll land next! Local pickups may be available at markets, festivals, and pop-ups.
7. Order Tracking
A tracking number will be provided via email once your order ships. It may take 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
8. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
If your order arrives damaged, is incorrect, or doesn’t arrive at all, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We’ll work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue. We may request photos of damaged packaging or items to help assess the problem.
Important: Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Torus Coffee Company is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure that your delivery location is safe and secure.
9. Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses unless the error was on our end.
10. Large Orders & Custom Quantities
